Doctor Chaos is the evil counterpart of Doctor Fate, who serves the Lords of Chaos and uses the Helmet of Chaos to channel his powers.
In Earth-One, the archaeologist Burt Belker found the Helmet and briefly became Doctor Chaos, before being defeated by Superboy. In Prime Earth, Doctor Chaos was a guardian of the Realm of Chaos who was killed by Tsaritsa.
